At Zinc we work with the owners of privately owned companies and the directors of AIM listed Plc’s, with turnover from £2m - £800m. We do not recruit for the big corporates. We search for Finance Directors and Managing Directors who have some insight into the mind of the entrepreneur or business owner and who have the confidence in their ability to be effective and to make a difference.
